Oganda completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at Western University. She previously graduated from McMaster University with a degree in Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with honours. Oganda has clinical experience working with various populations of varying ages in clinical and hospital settings for both acute and chronic conditions. Her treatment style integrates a combination of manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and education to tailor each client’s unique needs. Oganda aims to optimize care by collaborating with each client to determine the best way to incorporate physiotherapy into their everyday routine. Oganda’s main goal when designing treatment plans with her clients is to help them improve and regain function to get them back to work, sports, and the meaningful activities they enjoy.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Oganda jamming out to her playlist at the gym, enjoying some fresh air on the trails, or swimming in a pool. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends singing karaoke!

Joseph completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Queens University In 2021. Prior to this he completed his Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics in 2017 as well as a Master’s Degree in Human Health with a focus on neuromuscular physiology in 2019, both while at the University of Guelph.
Joseph is passionate about physiotherapy, the human body, and providing the best care to his clients. He brings the latest knowledge and evidence to his practice with his strong research background and understanding of the importance of evidence based medicine. He utilizes various treatment techniques including patient education and self-management techniques, pain science education, manual therapy, and individualized exercise prescription to help his clients achieve their goals.
His sports background includes playing football, rugby, wrestling, and basketball at various levels and uses his prior knowledge to provide excellent exercise programs for patients with all backgrounds. Alana is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated from McMaster in 2016 with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. Prior to that, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with honours from Queens University where she played on the varsity hockey team. Alana’s approach to assessment and treatment emphasizes her passion for living a healthy, active lifestyle. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries of all ages and conditions. Her goal is to help her patients develop the skills and confidence to take an active role in their care. In addition to treating orthopedic and sports injuries, Alana has a special interest in pelvic health physiotherapy and has completed several specialized courses in this area. She has experience treating both men and women for a variety of conditions affecting the pelvic floor, including: pelvic pain, incontinence, urgency, and prenatal and postpartum care.
